We all reach points in our lives when we realize that we need to improve, remove or change something in order to be more successful, happier, or more purposeful. It's in these moments when adding tools and techniques to our approach will release us from unproductive or harmful situations and ways of thinking. Coaching and hypnotherapy are both very efficient and effective modalities for helping people to improve their quality of life.
While most people can easily identify a problem, it requires a concerted effort to articulate and apply a practical solution. Carolyn guides her clients through this process, meeting each client where they are. Every session is customized to specific needs, requests, and resources on that given day while still keeping the big picture in mind. In most cases, a person will successfully achieve their goals or outcomes in a maximum of six sessions.
All sessions are completely confidential and discrete. Carolyn is also comfortable working in conjunction and communicating with other medical and/or mental health care providers from your treatment team.

A Closer Look at Neurolinguistic Programming
When you work with a Licensed Hypnotherapist, you identify the concerns you wish to address during your visit. During this "pre-talk," there is a discussion regarding your goals for hypnosis. Your therapist will work with you in attaining your goals for the present and future.
The hypnotic state allows a person to be more open to suggestions so that the unconscious mind will work toward achieving those goals.
